At the end of the 1970s, in Ivory Coast, Yopougon, a popular district in Abidjan. That's where Aya, 19, lives, a serious girl who prefers to stay home studying rather than dating her girlfriends. Aya shares her days between the school, the family and her two best friends: Adjoua and Bintou, who only think of sneaking in at night in the maquis. Things get spoiled when Adjoua gets pregnant inadvertently. What to do?
