Leslie Konda, a talented young French footballer who was identified by Didier, a small agent who was able to take him under his belt, just signed her first striker contract in a large Spanish club. At the same time, his growing reputation and his origins of Botswanga, a small poor state in Central Africa, earned him an invitation by the President of the Republic himself: Bobo Babimbi, a football enthusiast, newly installed in power after a military coup. Leslie therefore travels for the first time to the country of her ancestors accompanied by Didier to be decorated by President Bobo who quickly proves, despite his great humanist discourses, to be a megalomaniac and paranoid dictator under the harmful influence of his wife.
