Sang-hyun is a young Korean priest, loved and respected. Against the advice of his hierarchy, he volunteered to test an experimental vaccine against a new deadly virus in Africa. Like other guinea pigs, he succumbs to the disease but a blood transfusion of unknown origin brings him back to life. Back in Korea, he began to undergo strange physical and psychological changes: the priest became a vampire. But the news of his miraculous healing attracts sick pilgrims who hope to benefit from his grace. Among them, Sang-hyun finds a childhood friend who lives with his mother and wife, Tae-Ju. He then succumbs to the violent carnal attraction he feels for the young woman...
